The Blue Crab Festival Team would like to welcome you to this years
Silver Anniversery Festival Celebration in beautiful Downtown Palatka.

Festival Applications

To apply for this years festival, choose and fill out the appropriate online form. This will start the application processs. Confirmation of acceptance will be made via e-mail. The online applications only take a few minnutes and will ensure the required information needed to process your application is complete. All applications can be saved at any point and resumed later if you need to gather the required information. Upon submitting, you will recieve via-email a copy of the completed application and the approval process will begin.

It will bypass our verification of the required information which will slow your approval proccess.
The online application is preferred.

Blue Crab Festival applicants are considered on a first come basis. Incomplete applications will have an incomplete status and will not be considered until ALL requirements are met. Photos when "required" in an application are needed before your application will be considered. There are a limited number of spaces in all areas.

If you selected the option to mail in your photos with your application, your application will have an incomplete status until the photos are recieved. You may return to our website at a later date and use the upload tool on the Vendors/Exhibitors page to upload your photos as an option to mailing them. This would greatly speed up the review proccess. You may also use this page to upload any documents you may need to complete your application. (ie: Menu/Price-list, Insurance documents).

As another option to assist you in getting your photos to us and having a complete application status, you may use the e-mail address provided on the Vendors/Exhibitors page to e-mail us your photos from your cell phone.
